Terms of service
A summary of the agreement between Tulifo and the organisation using it. Enterprise customers may sign a separate agreement that takes precedence.

Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for the actions of users you invite to your workspace.
Acceptable use
Use Tulifo for genuine hiring. Do not use it to harass candidates, to discriminate unlawfully, to upload data you have no right to process, or to attempt to disrupt the service.
Hiring decisions remain yours
Tulifo produces scores, reasoning and evidence. You make the hiring decision and are responsible for compliance with employment law in your jurisdiction.
Fees
Fees are as shown on your plan or order form, billed in advance for subscriptions and in arrears for usage. Taxes are additional where applicable.
Data ownership
You own your job descriptions, applicant data, footage and reports. We own the software. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics to improve the service.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and will tell you about planned maintenance. Specific service levels, if any, are in your order form.
Termination
Either side may end the agreement at the close of a billing term, or sooner for material breach. On termination you can export your data before it is deleted.
Changes
We will give notice of material changes to these terms. Continuing to use Tulifo after they take effect means you accept them.
