Who we are
Tulifo provides video interviewing software to employers. For candidate data processed during a hiring process, the employer is the controller and Tulifo acts as the processor on their instructions.
What we collect
From customers: account details, billing contact information and product usage.
From candidates: the application details submitted, interview recordings and transcripts, identity verification results, and technical session data.
Why we use it
To run the interview, produce the scoring and evidence report the employer requested, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations.
How long we keep it
For the retention period configured by the employer, after which records are deleted. Account and billing records are kept as long as legally required.
Who else sees it
Infrastructure and communication providers acting under contract. We do not sell personal data or use candidate footage to market to third parties.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data. Contact the employer running the process, or write to us and we will route it.
